Yes the picture has come now. I think it is a species of Dendrobium. Please upload a picture of full plant with stem and leaves, if available. Also please tell us the supportive information such as place where you have seen this, at what height, what was the habitat. When was the picture taken.... etc. These information would of great help for experts.
