Usha Di, My mom says she and her friends used those entire leaves as dummy LUCHI for their dolls. My wife says she used to cut the leaves round with the help of a can-lid, you know small cans made from aluminium were used as packaging for 'zafrani zarda' or 'snuff' or even tooth-powder. Parthenium flowers or some others were cauliflower in their dream kitchen! Brick dust was chili-powder to them!
