Hi Karunakar,
Based on my association in the last two years, there is still work to be
done, to make Indian languages usable on Linux. It is more like bug fixing
for pango and looking at the roadmap for inscript, , which do not seem to
be progressing much except for Unicode 5.1 additions. Extensions to support
special unicode symbols like zwj, zwnj, inscript tutor need to be a
priority.
I am bit reluctant to initiate a talk, as I have not coded much.
If there seem to be no response, it may be worthwhile to have a discussion
on future of indlinux.
