Presently no indic shaper in harfbuzz-ng, for testing one can build it and
use hb-view for its rendering.
I was planning to work on it but given most of the time to Indic Typing
Booster project, for initial start one can use arabic shaper of harfbuzz-ng
and indic-shaper of old harfbuzz as reference.
