sebenarnya kalau masalah defaultnya, anda nggak perlu uninstall paket sendmailnya, caranya install aja paket seperti postfix dan lalu anda jalankan ntsysv dan non aktifkan daemon sendmailnya dan aktifkan daemon postfix jadi system akan memakai smtp server yang daemonya aktif. start stop restart sendmail------> /etc/rc.d/init.d/./sendmail -stop atau -start atau restart
