saya pernah nyoba bikin wap server dengan program Kannel Gateway (www.kannel.org), tapi belum sempat nyoba sms server-nya kannel (dari doc-nya, katanya bisa). kalau ingin tahu konsepnya, menurut saya bisa dibaca di dokumentasi-nya kannel. Tapi kalau hanya untuk mengirim/menerima pesan SMS HP <-> PC, bisa menggunakan AT Command+program untuk mengolah pesan PDU 7-bit (pada SMS) agar readable.
