Yah betul, itu libnya. Bagaimana program yang dulu bisakah diinstall, cc biasanya hanyalah berupa link file saja ke gcc, bisa lihat di whereis cc, lalu kemudian ls -ial <hasil dari whereis>. Kalau dari kesimpulan saya sih mungkin glibc versionnya itu masih terlalu usang, sedangkan package tersebut butuh glibc_2.3, coba aja cek versinya kasih command ldd -v, atau ldd --version, agak lupa pasti salah satu bisa.
