OH, mungkin maksudnya bandwidth management kali ya? Untuk setting delaynya, maximum bandwidthnya untuk setiap protocol memang menggunakan bandwidth management. Dan di linux itu commandnya tc. Mungkin bisa dilihat dan browsing di google mengenai htb dan cbq. Tapi saya anjurkan kalau bisa sih pakai htb. Karena htb memiliki algoritma yang lebih bagus dari cbq. Untuk class itu agak kompleks untuk diterangkan di sini, mungkin bapak baca dulu beberapa artikel mengenai tc, dan jika masih ada pertanyaan bisa lempar lagi ke milis.
