Kalau logo distro biasanya boleh saja tanpa minta ijin dengan distro ybs. tapi kalau logo perusahaan (eg: RedHat Suse Mandriva) itu harus minta ijin perusahaan ybs, karena itu sudah merupakan trademark mereka
