saya sudah lakukan hal yang dari metalink, tapi tetep aja reset by peer. Saya ping ke sana dengan memakai ping 192.168.169.140 -l 128 -t, ada time out 19 kali dari 1620 kali ping

Sometimes the error can also occur due to caching issues. Fix Steps to try: ============ 1. Clear your Jinitiator and browser cache. 2. Reproduce the error with the Jinitiator Java Console enabled: a) enable the JInitiator control panel > start/programs/Oracle JInitiator Select ' Show Java Console' b) In the Java Run Time Parameters field, it will say: -mx64m-Dcache.size=20000000 Please insert "Dcache.verbose=true" between "-mx64m" and "-Dcache.size=20000000" For example: -mx64m Dcache.verbose=true -Dcache.size=20000000 Click c) Reproduce the error and review the Java Console output 3. Start the Forms server process with log=file. This will produce a forms server trace file. Please reproduce the error and review the log file for errors. 4. Check that you can successfully run: http://<hostname>.<domain>:<Apache_port_number>/pls/<DAD>/fnd_web.ping 5. Check that the middle tier services are starting ok. 6. Check whether there are any network issues affecting the system. 7.
