Iya mungkin bisa dicoba diturunkan value SGA nya,tetapi liat2 jg sih kalo memang usernya yg butuh untuk transaksi itu banyak ...mungkin bisa dipertimbangkan menambah kapasitas memmory nya pak. Kalo diubah ke shared server mungkin bisa dibaca dulu di dokumentasi untuk detailnya sebagai pertimbangan karena mesti disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik transaksi nya jg.
