Kalo pake toad bisa pake utilities networking nya, kalo gak salah ada di menu file > network utilities. nah disitu ada tab-tab, salah satunya tnsping. Tapi syaratnya tnsnames.oraharus ada connect descriptor database oracle yang di remote. CMIIW
