[indo-oracle] The in-process Reports Server failed to start

Dear milister,

Saat saya menjalankan report di Application Server 10g, saya 
menghadapi error seperti di bawah ini:

REP-52266: The in-process Reports Server <reports_server_name> failed 
to start.oracle.reports.RWException: IDL:oracle/reports/
RWException:1.0

Apa troubleshoot-nya? Mohon pencerahan dari teman-teman sekalian.
