if to_date(a,'DD-MM-YYYY') = to_date(b,'DD-MM-YYYY')
dng data dibawah...ini akan menghasilkan TRUE ...
tp klo ngga' pake format 'DD-MM-YYYY' make data akan di compare beserta
jam-menit-detik ...
