Pak andrew, sebelum install Oracle database saya blm set ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID dll. saya set setelah melakukan installasi. pada error yg pertama kali, insuficient privileges, ORACLE_SID dll sudah saya masukkan sesuai dgn db name saya install. tp error, ketika saya install untuk kedua kali, baru ga muncul eror itu lagi.
