setau saya, IE 7 di Windows Vista tidak mendukung JInit versi 1.3.1.18, kecuali JInit 1.1.8.16. Kalo oracle Ebiz anda memakai JRE 1.5 / 1.6 seharusnya tidak bermasalah..
