substr tuh fungsi buat ambil karakter dalam suatu string
Saya tahunya cuman yang ==> substr(KODE_ BAJU,1,1) desc
substr(string,mulaidari,berapabanyak)
kalo substr("Oracle",1,1) = "O"

update, delete, dsb ngga ilang lagi ..
ada pertanyaan lain soal urutan yang ditampilkan ....
