 Responsibilities to include:

*       Teaching and Implementing Ax Finance

Required Skills/Experience:

*       Possess consulting or development experience in the implementation of 
Microsoft Axapta and/or other ERP solutions (BAAN, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, 
Ecometry)
*       Minimum 3+ years experience in an ERP Software environment. 
*       Minimum of 1+ year in Implementing Ax

Searching for a Senior Sales  for Jakarta location. Your role will be to sell 
and market our high-level staffing solutions and IT professionals to C-level 
executives in the areas of traditional IT staffing for Network, Help Desk, 
Programming and Database. In addition, you will be selling staffing services 
for Business Intelligence, ERP, Security/Compliance, EAI and Business Process 
Management. 

This is a ground floor opportunity at an established IT staffing firm with 
offices in Asia Pacific. Procurement of new sales will be developed through 
cold calling, networking and identifying decision makers at lot of clientele. 
You will be working directly with the Director of Business Development and the 
CEO to develop Indonesian markets. 

Key Responsibilities of this Position: 

1.       Building and growing a new branch in the IT staffing industry that 
includes hiring, training and managing a sales and recruiting staff. 

2.       Building, maintaining and managing a target account list of high-level 
staffing contacts. 

3.       Horizontal selling at established clients to C-level executives. 

4.       Negotiate and close complex deals for consulting or permanent job 
orders. 

5.       Setting up 2+ appointments per week with viable prospects. 

6.       Create and deliver sales presentations. 

7.       Network within the business community. 

8.       Participate in business development events that relate to consulting 
and permanent job orders.

Requirements :

3.       Experience and/or expert knowledge of the marketplace in the NY area 
with an established network of contacts with CIO and CFO level executives. 

4.       Proven background selling IT staffing solutions for 
consultant/permanent personnel in Enterprise services. 

5.       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

6.       Entrepreneurial attitude: self-motivated, self-directed. 

7.       Ability to work independently and with a team.

8.       Demonstrated leadership skills.
