tapi waktu saya masuk ke user coba, lalu saya membuat procedure seperti dibawah
ini masih gagal mas,dan errornya juga sama seperti yang sebelumnya

tapi ketika saya masuk sebagai sys as dba, ternyata procedure itu sukses,,,
apa emank g bisa jalan di user lain ya mas selain sys??
mas,,makasi banyak loch udah mau sharing,,,,
maaf juga klo udah ngerepotin mas2 semua,,ini semua berawal dari ke isengan
mengoprek oracle,,hihihihih

Karena V_$SQL_PLAN_ TO milik SYS bukan SYSTEM.
Jadi yang berhak memberikan grant ke user lain adalah sang pemiliknya, yaitu
SYS.
