Karena Sessionnya tidak locking suatu table. Kalau hanya select, tidak lock, lock biasanya untuk DML. Kalau pengen tahu querynya apa paling gampang ya pakai Enterprise Manager. Itupun kadang tidak semua query kelihatan. terutama yang dibelakang stored procedure.
