Maaf... sekedar meluruskan... bukan view nya yg di index, tetapi tabel yg di pakai di dalam view tersebut... Yg di index adalah kolom pada "where clause nya" di index, agar dapat membantu mempercepat proses execute nya, terutama bila jumlah data nya banyak....
Kalau masalah, Apakah mungkin DBA bisa mengatur speed/bandwith dari hak akses user thd skema database di sebuah server? Saya sendiri kurang paham... Yang saya tau, User di Oracle bisa di set profile nya... di Profile tsb, ada parameter yg dapat di set... Tetapi apakah parameter di Profile User tsb berhubungan dengan speed/bandwith dari user tsb, Saya kurang mengetahui nya...
