I know I am being extremely skeptical, but Are we not in the precipice?
Are we not in the precipice where a country like Fiji, Samoa, Maldives, etc will definitely be gone from the face of the earth before 100 years from now? Are we not in the precipice where there have already been 300,000 people died per year because of climate change? (this is fact) Are we really naïvely waiting for Klaatu to come? To let people die by our CO2 emission is a crime to humanity. I wonder if our leaders aware about this. I wonder if they have been visited by their own children to stand up and said, please stop destroying the planet. We have the right to have a future. Or perhaps they have, but they chose not to hear. They would only hear if it brought them more money. Our job is to let them and others know about this. Spread the words!
