Negara berkembang kayak indonesia yg negaranya cukup luas, banyak penduduknya, mengakibatkan supply human ressource jauh lebih bnyk dr demand. Jatuhnya, org dgn keahlian dihargai murah, diakali dengan "membentuk" skill dr tidak bs menjdi bs. Kalau tdk suka, masih bnyk yg mau. Makanya buruh jg gampang ditekan. Tinggal hitung kalkulator excel perbandingan sewa skillfull dengan "memelihara" dan "mengupgrade" skill. Faktor loyalitas jg harusnya jadi pertimbangan. Kalau ada tenaga kerja yg protes kayak the doctor, pasti dianggap "wah, gitu aja itungan"... Padahal skill kita rasanya dihjambur-hamburkan.
