  BUSINESS ANALYST
   
   
  Main Responsibilities: 
  -               Analyze customer’s need, in the manner of collect data and 
information to identify business process, customer’s need and current 
application system to know the problems, in order to provide the customer’s 
requirement, and recommend an application package which can accommodate all of 
the customer’s necessity about application system, in the large scale projects.
  -               Collect data and information to identify current and new 
business process, and to analyses the gap.
  -               Collect complete and accurate information to know customer’s 
need and to anticipate the development of need itself.
  -               Identify current application system to know and analyses the 
problems
  -               Provide the detail customer’s requirement/Business 
Requirement to make easy for designing system’s requirement and specification.
  -               Present Business Requirement to customer.
  -               Identify and evaluate the alternative’s solution for having 
the best solution
  -               Recommend an application package which accommodate all of 
customer’s necessity about application system
  -               Provide direction, input and suggestion for development team 
to produce optimum result.
  -               Evaluate new package solution to ensure the system can 
accommodate customer’s requirement.
  -               Get customer’s feedback to improve quality and performance of 
the system
  -               Make report for future reference in every step of the job
  -               Build and maintain good relationship with customer to make 
the job easy and smooth
  -               Provide guidance to less experienced Business Analyst to 
increase their productivity and develop their professional job.
  Main Requirements:  ·         Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable 
university majoring in computer science, Electronics or Industrial Engineering. 
  ·         4 years experience in related position 
  ·         Experience in IT Company 
  ·         Strong Knowledge in Syariah Banking System (Analytical & Conceptual)
  ·         Familiar with Banking Regulations.
  ·         Knowledgeable in RPG Programming / IBM AS 400
  ·         Leadership skills (supervise 2 – 3 persons)
  ·         Good command of spoken and written English.
   
   
   
  Salary Range: Rp. 4,000,000, - Rp. 6,000,000,- gross/month
  Medical & Hospitalization scheme, Jamsostek, Transport Allowance, DPLK and 
Annual performance bonus
