urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen their growing team.. We
invite qualified executives to fill the following position:
INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS OFFICER
(CORPORATE HR DIVISION)
Main Requirements:
· Report to Personnel Administration Manager (Corporate HR Division)
· Minimum S1 from Law / Psychology
· Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
· Strong experience in dealing with government agencies, unions and
other related
Industrial relations matters
· Good knowledge of Labor, Tax, and Social Security Law
· Computer literate
· Proficient in spoken and written English
· Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in
teams, able to work under pressure
· Male / Female
Salary range: Rp. 5 7 mio per month (gross)
Depending on experience and qualifications
