Our Client, a Major Multinational Pharmaceutical and Consumer Healthcare
Manufacturing Company, is urgently seeking for dynamic professionals to
strengthen their management team. We invite qualified executives to fill in for
the following position:
- HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER -
Main Responsibilities:
· Lead Human Resource function in one of the business unit (Recruitment,
Talent Mapping, Performance Review, Industrial Relations and Change
Management).
· Involved as a change agent for respective business unit.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree from a recognized university (eg Human Resource
Management, Psychology, Law)
· Has 2 significant years as Human Resource Manager handling full scope
of Human Resource functions
· Strong experience in Recruitment and Organizational Development
· High perseverance and strong drive
· Mature and communicative
· Able to work with multi stakeholders
· Maximum age 37 years old.
Salary : Rp. 18,000,000 - Rp. 25,000,000 / month (gross) + +
