urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen their growing team. We
invite qualified executives to fill the following position:
-RECRUITMENT SPV-
Requirements:
* Bachelor ‘s Degree in Psychology or Management.
* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
* Develop recruitment process and tools to manage impression of the
candidates.
· Manage the
administrative aspects of manpower such as recruitment folder, movement form
and monthly / weekly structure report.
· Manage manpower
retention and attract candidates to join the company organization
team with competitive compensation scheme and career path.
· Able
to follow through on actions with sense of urgency and keep confidentiality.
· A
self-motivated, full of initiative and able to work efficiently and
cooperatively within a team environment.
· High accuracy,
customer service attitude, helpful and discipline.
· Excellent
communication, interpersonal and administration skills
· Proficient in
verbal and writing English language
