membutuhkan tenaga kerja berpotensi, memiliki motivasi tinggi, dan semangat

"PURCHASING"
Specific Requirement:
1. A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00,
preferably from Business
Management or Engineering background.
2. Male / Female and not older than 35 years old.
3. Minimum 3 - 5 years progressive experience in negotiation and strategic
sourcing of materials,
preferably in manufacturing MNC's.
4. To perform this job successful, the incumbent should be familiar and has
in-depth knowledge of price
cost analysis, industrial process, international contract, cost
reduction program and ERP system.
5. Posses strong communication skills follow through actions and decisions
with sense of urgency,
punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
6. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application
literacy is a must.
7. Proficient in German Language or another language would be an advantage.
8. Willing to travel abroad.
9. Honest, hard worker, proactive and goal oriented.
10. Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji-Pasuruan.
"ASISSTANCE PURCHASING"
Specific Requirement:
1. Male/Female, not older than 35 years old and holds a Bachelor degree
from a reputable university with
GPA min 3.00, preferably from Industrial Engineering background.
2. Minimum 3-5 years progressive experience in similar roles preferably in
MNC manufacturing industry.
3. To perform this job successful, the incumbent should be familiar and has
in-depth knowledge in
planning for appropriate quantities of materials to support the
production plan together with related
requirements as well as utilizing Material Requirements Planning
systems and prepare accurate
material requisitions.
4. Knowledge of Enterprise Resources Planning Systems would be an advantage
and also have
knowledge in Material Requirement Planning and familiar with ERP Systems
would be an advantage.
5. Have ability to analyze data and have capability to find solution if
there's any problem after analyzing
data.
6. Demonstrate good communication skills as well as self driven, follow
through actions and decisions
with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
7. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application
literacy (Ms Office especially in Ms
Excel).
8. Proficient in German Language or another language would be an advantage.
9. Willing to be posted within the factory in Beji - Pasuruan Area.
