" Sales Engineer for BMS / HVAC Dept "

Mission of
Function :
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with
products, solutions and services. Handles requests and provides customer
service,
guidance and support. Develops solutions to resolve problems. Pro-actively
approaches customers to make sure the client’s products and systems are
preferred. This includes training, sales support, testing, engineering support,
customizing applications and solutions, responding to customer inquiries and
promoting products, solutions, and services.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor of Engineering in either Electrical
or Mechanical Max. 30 years old3-4 years in related field preferably in
BMS/HVAC (Building Management
System/Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning) IndustriesExperience in
trouble shooting & handling of
customer complaints with projectProduct management experience
preferredWilling to travelling around and outside IndonesiaWork location is in
Jakarta

background and proven record
2.Directs execute service / engineering
activites. He/she is responsible for engineering requirements, cost control and
quality completion of assigned tasks
