Client, one of the biggest National Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company, is
urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen their growing team. We
invite qualified executives to fill the following position:
-Corporate Legal &
Industrial Relation Specialist-
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law, graduated from reputable
university with minimum GPA 3.0 (out of 4.0)
* Have minimum 2 years experience in legal and industrial relations,
preferably in manufacturing company
* Have a good knowledge and experience in Labor Law, Civil Procedure
Law (Litigation Skill), Civil Law, Business Law, Company Law, (including but
not limited MS Office, Internet and email), Journalistic & editorial
* Experience in journalistic and editorial to handle internal bulletin
* Possess strong legal writing/drafting skills, facilitating skill,
analytical skill, negotiation skill, and speech writing skill
* Have a Can Do attitude, communication & relationship building,
conceptual thinking, developing others, integrity, teamwork
* Excellent problem solving, communication skill and able to
communicate with employees at all level effectively
* Computer literacy (including but not limited MS Office, Internet and
email);
* Excellent in written and spoke English is a must
* High integrity, positive thinking and attitudes, honesty, persistent,
team player
* Proactive, hard worker, discipline and willing to work extra hours &
under pressure to meet deadline
