Manager – Generalist

Requirement:
· Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in
Psychology in reputable university.
· Minimum5- 7
years of work experience in similar position.
· Experience
in hospitality industry (five star hotel or luxury residential) is a must.
* Good knowledge of process flow, people development and performance
management systems.
· Strong experience and background
in facilitating and coordinating for training programs for various levels within
the organization.
· Good knowledge in some
organization development activities is a plus.
· Able to speak and write in English
fluently.
· Independent, hardworking,
responsible and loyal.
· Has wide networks; especially in
hospitality industry is a plus.
· Possesses good communication &
interpersonal skills.
