Klien kami, sebuah perusahaan Industri di Jakarta mencari professional untuk
mengisi posisi sebagai berikut:
Assistant Manager Injection
Persyaratan :
· Male, 35-45 years old
· Min D3 in Technical Discipline
· Pengalaman kerja min. 5 tahunsebagai Kepala Produksi Injection
· Membawahi minimal 100 orang
· Mampu melakukan setting mesin Injection yang mempunyai tingkat
kepresisian tinggi.
· Dapat mengoperasikan komputer
· Mampu berbahasa Inggris
Tanggung Jawab :
* Memberikan Supervisi dan pembinaan kepada bawahannya tentang
cara
melakukan pekerjaan dengan menerapkan prosedur K3LH.
* Melakukan aktifitas produksi sesuai dengan target/planning
produksi yang
sudah ditetapkan.
* Melakukan pengendalian proses produksi untuk meminimalkan afkir,
peningkatan produktifitas dan effesiensi.
* Memonitor dan melakukan koordinasi terhadap pencapaian planning
produksi.
* Menangani penyimpangan planning produksi yang terjadi dan
menyelesaikannya.
* Melakukan pengendalian atas pemakaian material sesuai dengan
spesifikasi
yang sudah ditetapkan.
* Melakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian atas pelaksanaan program
pemeliharaan mesin/peralatan.
* Karyawan dibawah jajarannya menerima pelatihan yang memadai agar
dapat
melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan baik.
* Menyiapkan dan menyerahkan laporan yang sudah ditentukan sesuai
jadwal
pada atasannya.
* Menjamin semua catatan produksi lengkap dan mudah ditemukan.
* Menjamin pelaksanaan pemeliharaan mesin / peralatan dilaksanakan
sesuai
dengan jadwal.
Gaji Antara Rp. 8.000.000 s/d 12.0000.000,- gross/ month
