URGENTLY REQUIRED
SALES ENGINEER MINING (based in Sumatera/Sulawesi/Kalimantan)
Pursue a challenging and career growth opportunity with a fast growing
multinational company. The company, a technical service provider for oil, gas,
mining and chemical production companies, is looking for a mechanical engineer
skilled in talking about trouble shooting and maintenance solution. He is
energetic, self driven with excellent persuasive communications skills and
willing to travel within Indonesia.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
* Technical qualification in science and engineering discipline
* Good selling and negotiation skills
* Knowledge in mining business in Indonesia (particularly Sumatera
&
Sulawesi or Kalimantan)
* Understanding mining operations and maintenance
* Good spoken and writing skills in English
RESPONSIBILITIES
* To manage and drive sales within a designated territory
* Formulate annual sales projection
* Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales projections.
* Formulate sales action plan for the assigned territory
* Implement strategies for key account management and to provide
effective
commercial and technical support to all customers and distributors
* Implement strategies to further develop and increase sales to
all
accounts and identify new business opportunities and total market
potential
within the assigned territory.
* Compile and update customer records with comprehensive details
on all
customers/distributors
* Complete promptly customer visit reports and other reports
* Conduct plan surveys, seminars and training
* Investigate and recommend new products and services for
increased market
penetration and optimization.
