Kalau anda ingin meningkatkan ketrampilan sebaiknya mengikuti pelatihan MFR atau kalau mau lebih canggih lagi bisa ikut pelatihan EMT di luar negeri, sayangnya ijazah EMT ini tidak bisa dipakai di republik ini, kecuali anda bekerja sebagai anggota ERT di perusahaan besar asing macam Freeport atau Newmont...
Untuk ketrampilan awam terlatih, MFR sudah lebih dari cukup.
