Dear Friends,
Oxfam International (OI) sedang melaksanakan program evaluasi 1 tahun
pelaksanaan bantuan kemanusiaan di Aceh dan Nias. Untuk melaksanakan proses
ini, OI sedang mencari 4 orang konsultan untuk mengevaluasi program
bantuan kemanusiaan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Oxfam selama 1 tahun
(Januari - desember 2005). Dari 4 orang konsultan tersebut, 2 orang diambil
dari Oxford sedangkan 2 orang lagi adalah dari Indonesia.
Melalui kesempatan ini saya mohon bantuan teman-teman apabila ada diantara
teman-teman yang berkeinginan untuk mengisi posisi di atas (1 orang
laki-laki dan 1 orang perempuan), please feel free untuk beritahukan ke
saya melalui alamat e-mail ini.
Syarat umum yang dibutuhkan adalah mereka yang memiliki kemampuan bahasa
dan menulis yang baik juga berpengalaman bekerja sebagai konsultan untuk
mengevaluasi program organisasi (khususnya organisasi kemanusiaan). Juga
adalah mereka yang memiliki pengalaman dan pengetahuan tentang Aceh dan
Nias.

Dear Rully and Iskandar
We discussed this about an upcoming evlauation. We are, as I mentioned,
looking for two consultants to help with an OI led evaluation of the
tsunami response during 2005. We need one male and one female Indonesian
national consultant with experience in evaluation, preferably in disaster
situations. The TOR's are being developed and will be shared with
prospective comsultants at a later stage. They should be fluent in English,
Bahasa Indoensia and if possible can speak Acehnese as well.
We currently and urgently need names and CVs of potential consultants,
hopefully within the next three to four days. If between you, you can come
up with 3-4 CV's each, we will then have a pool to choose from.
