We are Ambassadors of Standard Chartered - AIESEC Malaysia HIV/AIDS Learning
Environment 2007, with the support from Ministry of Youth & Sports proudly
presents our KARNIVAL KELUARGA BAHAGIA that will be held in May 12th - 13th
2007, from 9am - 7pm at Dataran Petaling Jaya. Therefore, we are proposing to
your company to partake in our carnival.
This event is a family charity carnival with the objections to give people an
opportunity to enjoy with their family, a place to think and practice their
healthy life style, to raise funds for People Living with HIV/AIDS and to
improve the lives of People Living with HIV/AIDS. We expect to have 10,000
visitors per day. At the carnival, we'll provide about 60 booths that divided
in some catagories such as;
- food village ( nice restaurants, free drinks)
- Knowledge Adventure ( NGOs, Colleges, Book Fair)
- Relax Fantasia ( Cafe, Spa, Massages)
- Sport Arena ( Fitness Club, Health Product co., Sport goods co.)
- Malaysian Shopping Heaven ( Shopping malls stuff, central market)
we are charging RM 300 for each booth for two days (RM 150 / day) and it also
provide with tables, chairs, fan, lights and a tent with a size of 12ft * 10ft.
Mode of payment for sales during carnival will be cash terms.
with this email, we also attach proposal of the carnival for your further
information.
Carnivals or fairs have been grown to be the most well known and largest
family event. If you have a bussiness that serves families and households, this
carnival is a great place for your company to reach to them and impress them
with your products, thus boost up the sales of your products and increase
products brand recognition.
