OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AS ACCORDING TO REGULATION OF
MINISTER LABOUR & TRANSMIGRATION of RI NO. 03/MEN/1982
Forming and way management of Service of Health of depend on:
- Employees amount
- Hazard level in the work place
a.Company having labor more than 500 people have to provide
Occupational Health Services (Clinic)
1.Clinic available
2.Company Doctor which is practice every workday
If/When work executed in shift; every shift employ more than 500
people, polyclinic there must be take care of every shift
b.Company having labor 200 - 500 people with low danger storey;
level have to provide Occupational Health Services (Clinic)
1.In form of clinic, open every workday ( served by paramedic)
2.Led by a doctors which is practice once 2 day
c.With high danger level have to provide Occupational Health
Services (Clinic) as point a
d.Company having labor 100 - 200 people with low danger storey;
level have to provide Occupational Health Services (Clinic)
1.In form of clinic, open every workday ( served by paramedic)
2.Doctors practice once in 3 day
e.With high danger level have to carry out Service of Health as point b
f.Company having labor less than 100 people can provide Occupational Health
Services (Clinic) together with
official member of other company
Regulation Minister of Manpower and Transmigration, No. Per.03/Men/1982,
concerning Occupational Health Services:
Point 3.
a.Company Doctor who in charge of Occupational Health Services have to get
approval from Kanwil Depnaker
b.Etc.
There is company clinic (amount of above 500 employees)
Headed by a doctor which was have certificate of Hiperkes and
have letter of assignment of Ministry of Manpower
-Have paramedic which have followed trainings of Hiperkes.
Note: If company only providing clinic for the help of emergency serious
condition, hence to equip clauses, company have
cooperation evidence with Hospital / Clinic as reference place. In this
case enough company have authentication letter of Depnaker concerning
service of health of performed by company.
