Title: Training Administration Officer
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Status: Contract
Summary: Involved in planning, organizing and monitoring SEPRI program
training activities aimed at increasing local capacity to more effectively
provide acute medical emergency response to day to day emergency and large
scale events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· To plan, organize and monitor medical training and non medical
training project
· To analyze and evaluate the training project
· To facilitate logistics training needs convened by project
· Design and implement interview form, questionnaires for training
purposes
· Collect relevant data from local partner, concerning ongoing and
planned training activities
· Produce training database for internal and external use
· Regular travel for monitoring training activities
· Establish good communication with other SEPRI program staffs, local
partner, and stakeholders
· Participate in SEPRI program and IMC activity
· Participate in IMC emergency response team
QUALIFICATION:
· Diploma or degree in management, nursing, public health.
· Able to demonstrate ability and skill in planning, organizing,
monitoring
· Able to write report in bahasa Indonesia and English
· Strong data analysis and problem solving
· Advanced interpersonal and communication skill
· Able to work independent and as part of a team
· Able to demonstrate flexibility
· Good cross cultural understanding and insight into aid program
