saya setuju dan membenarkan bahwa sebenarnya ambulance dan PMK juga
harus memperhatikan rambu-rambu lalu lintas KECUALI JIKA DIDAMPINGI
PIHAK KEPOLISIAN OR DLLAJR. karena bagaimana seorang penolong bisa
menolong atau mencapai tujuannya jika kegiatannya merugikan orang lain
(baik pengguna jalan raya maupun pasien). untuk faktor emergensi saya
rasa bukan sesuatu hal yang bisa membuat hak orang lain terlanggar
(menggunakan Jalan Umum), tetapi dalam kebiasaanya kita hanya memberi
toleransi yang besar kepada orang yang mengalami emergensi, tetapi
dalam pikiran kita tercetak sebuah keharusan bahwa AMBULANCE or DAMKAR
melanggar rambu lalu lintas. jadi kesimpulannya mungkin kita hanya
perlu meningkatkan KOORDINASI dengan pihak kepolisian dan DLLAJR.
dan setau saya berdasarkan referensi yang pernah saya dapat, seorang
sopir ambulance hanya diperbolehkan membawa ambulance dg kecepatan
60Km/Jam (Jika ada Pasien) Dalam Kota. Tetapi untuk luar kota (Jarak
Jauh Max 80 Km/Jam. itu pun tergantung bagus tidaknya jalan.
Kesimpulannya, Saya Rasa Jika Sopir Ambulance Melanggar Lampu Merah,
Maka otomatis sopirlah yang salah...
