1. Area Coordinator Healthy Start Program
The Area Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation
of all Healthy Start activities in the assigned sub-districts. This
includes identify and mobilize local stakeholders' supports for the
program implementation, facilitate collaborative strategic planning
and implementation with local stakeholders from municipality down to
sub-district levels, ensuring proper technical assistance to build
capacity of local stakeholders to carry out their designated roles in
program implementation, monitor and facilitate improvements in policy
implementation, organization of behavior change campaigns and
monitoring and reporting of program activities.
2. MSG Master Trainer Healthy Start Program
The MSG Master Trainer is responsible for improving the skills and
knowledge of health providers and community-based volunteers to carry
out and expand Mother Support Groups model. MSG Master Trainer is also
responsible for the development of MSG modules, monitoring and
evaluation of MSG related indicators, enrichment of MSG activities,
documentation and dissemination of Healthy Start MSG model.
