Dear Matthew, Many thanks for the suggestion, I know exactly what you mean because I have indeed the library's copy on the shelf in my office. However, a .pdf is always useful for the times when you don't have access to the actual book and I was hoping that somebody already digitised it. It turns out that Birgit has a .djvu version, which is fine enough for me.
