Dear Rajam,

All thanks for this delightful piece, candid (though not artless) and impish. A
"Carnatic waltz", indeed a kind of oxymoron, paves the way for a true
hr̥dayasaṃvāda between West and India

Warm regards,

Lyne

Dear List Members,

If you’d like to hear a “Carnatic Waltz” music … here it is!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1I4z-bIMM9E

The musician is Prince Rama Varma, a member of the Royal Family of the
erstwhile Travancore Kingdom.

I hope you will enjoy listening to it. Prince Rama Varma’s music is awesome,
soul-soothing.

Regards,
rajam
