Dear All,

This could be a significant question, even if the MBh originates millennia
later than Mature Harrappan civilization. It is significant because of the
number of civilizations that have shown to be destroyed by climate change.

Cheers,

Greg Bailey

Subject: [INDOLOGY] Record heat Mohenjo Daro

Dear Scholars,

Is there any evidence that thousands of years ago, the weather in Pakistan and
Northern India was significantly different than it is today? I ask because I’m
trying to imagine the conditions roughly around the time of Mahābharata.

Thanks!
Howard
