It is not so easy to have good stardict dictionary viewers on iphone. One decent via media is https://sanskritkosha.com/kosha_download which allows one to download preferred dictionary for offline usage and I found its frontend nice to navigate. It is not a native iphone app, but some web app customised to offline use. Works well for me.
