Then for while the clouds of error will darken the light, and in due time another Buddha will arise, and he will reveal to you the selfsame eternal truth which I have taught you". Ananda said: "How shall we know him?" The Blessed One said: "The Buddha that will come after me will be known as Mairtreya, which means 'he whose name is kindness'." And 500 years thereafter, Jesus Christ was born. His very basic teaching is that God is Love, Love your enemies, etc. And approximately 600 years later Muhammad was born to lead the Islam whose basic teaching is the Bismillahirrohmanirrohim meaning: In the name of Allah the Most Gracious ever Mercifull.
