Q This morning Amnesty International is calling for the U.S. to send a senior official or delegation there to -- to East Timor -- MR. RUBIN: I don't -- if I made a habit of reading every Amnesty International report, I wouldn't -- Q That's not the question, Jamie. MR. RUBIN: I'm going to get to the answer. Q Well, why do you have to start out with that? MR. RUBIN: Because they have an idea a minute, and if I were to respond to every one of their ideas, we wouldn't have time to do any business around here. Q Well, but -- well, no, but that's not the point. The point -- I'm just asking, are you planning to send anyone soon, a senior -- MR. RUBIN: I'm not aware of that. Stanley Roth has spent an enormous amount of time in Indonesia. And I'm sorry to hear that Amnesty International doesn't give the respect that should -- ought to be accorded to an assistant secretary of State, if they don't think he's high level enough. Q My question -- but how about before the vote, is there -- that's my question. Do you know -- MR. RUBIN: I'm not aware of any new trips to Indonesia.
