Saya sudah coba apa yg mas sarankan,
Masih belum bisa Mas, Kalau Network nya sudah OK, cuma error nya pas di ping
saja , aplikasi yg saya pakai "lectra system", kalau ping nya tidak jalan,
network buat printernya tidak bisa jalan.
lectra system pake N-Manager Buat Network ke printernya
errornya ('ping' is not recognized as an internal or external command.operable
program or batch file)
operating system pake XP, sudah di update

anda klik kanan pd my network places, plih prprties
Tab Advance then klik setting windows firewall
klik advance chosesetting lan dan tab icmp
centang allow incoming echho request...
itu gunanya utk ping...klo itu tdk ada dianggap tdk connect ke komp tsb
