Backup and restore will NOT migrate the data.

The upgrade instructions are in the 0.10 docs, and there's also a white
paper and a webinar for upgrading from 0.9.x

For the purposes of upgrading, 1.1 and 1.0 are effectively identical (and
have only very minor changes from 0.13).
