I am about to move several SCSI 2 adapters and their 30GB of disks
from an RS6000 530 to a C10, both running AIX 3.2.5 and AFS 3.3a and
would like to know if I am walking into a trap. Probably not, but
just checking.
We may also be acquiring a J30. Since this SMP machine requires AIX
4.1, I am hoping that AFS 3.4 will support it as a client. I would
guess that it might also work as a server, but that the AFS server
code would not be able to take much advantage of the multiple
processors.
Please enlighten me on any of these conjectures.
