I am running AFS 3.4a-patches under AIX 3.2.5 on an RS6000 model C10
as one of three file/database servers.
Since I installed 3.4a-patches, this particular host (which happens to
be the sync-site) has had its fileserver, kaserver, and ptserver
crashing at an ever-increasing frequency - currently several times per
day.
To its great credit, Transarc seems to be taking this very seriously.
I would be extremely interested in whether any other sites are having
similar problems.
